You can cancel without any charges if done at least 14 days before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
Be sure to bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen for your trip. You'll also need a cooler to keep your food and drinks fresh; please avoid glass containers. A customary tip of 20% is appreciated for the mate, and fish cleaning services are offered at 30 cents per pound based on whole weight.
