You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 14 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be forfeited to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a charge for the full trip amount on your card.
For your trip, we recommend wearing hats, sunglasses, and comfortable clothing. Ice and water will be provided on every excursion, but feel free to bring any additional snacks or drinks you prefer. During warmer months, applying sunscreen is essential—please do so before boarding, as sunscreen can damage fiberglass or vinyl seating.
