My nephew and I fished with Captain Mike on January 27th, 2024. Right from the start, Captain Mike was approachable and personable. He quickly set up rigs before leaving the pier, and his boat was very comfortable and well-equipped. Once at our fishing spot, Mike thoroughly explained how to fish and was very patient with us. We planned a 5-hour trip but ended up catching our limits of Red Drum and Speckled Trout in just 3 hours. He knew exactly where to go and what techniques to use. Back at the dock, a friendly gentleman was ready to clean our fish just how we wanted. Without hesitation, I give Captain Mike a full 5-star recommendation and plan to fish with him again soon. Captain Mike is an excellent guide. We enjoyed a well-paced trip and caught our limits of trout, plus a redfish and an unusual catfish. He was great with our teenage daughters, teaching them patiently and keeping us on the fish. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend his services.

We had a great trip that mixed adventure with success—starting the day trying something new, catching several fish, then finishing it by limiting out on trout in the bay.
