You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and you will get a credit applied to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided; however, I suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you prefer to use during the trip.
