He prepared fishing rigs in just a few minutes before leaving the pier. His boat was comfortable and well-equipped. Upon arrival at our fishing spot, Captain Mike thoroughly explained what we needed to do, demonstrating great patience and clear guidance. Although we booked a 5-hour excursion, we caught our limits of Red Drum and Speckled Trout in only 3 hours. His knowledge of the area and techniques is impressive. Mike’s in-depth knowledge of the bay helped us find fish consistently. The only minor concerns I had were his tone, which came off as condescending when I asked questions, and that he fishes quite a bit himself.
