You can cancel your booking at no cost if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in a charge of the full trip amount to your payment method.
We suggest you pack sunscreen, insect repellent, rain gear, a hat, snacks, and any personal essentials you may need.
Additionally, wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants is advisable to protect yourself from bugs and sun exposure.
