You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 30 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be refunded as credit to your account. If you cancel within 30 days of your trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
