You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account as a credit. If you cancel less than 14 days prior, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your payment method.
