You can cancel your booking at no cost if done at least 14 days prior to your trip, with the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip amount will be charged to your card.
