You can cancel without any charges up to 14 days prior to your trip and have the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your card.
