Captain Michael holds a Licensed Master >100 Ton Captains License and brings over four decades of fishing experience in Florida’s waters. Success is guaranteed on every trip, and he’s happy to clean and fillet your catch, handing it over to you in a convenient plastic bag. His philosophy is simple: “Can do,” with the aim to help you fish just like the locals.

Launching from Ponce Inlet, Captain Michael enjoys exploring the nearby inshore and nearshore fishing grounds. Whether you’re after Snapper and Flounder from the seabed, targeting Redfish, Bluefish, and Whiting using jigs, or casting lines for Seatrout and Black Drum, he ensures an exciting fishing adventure. His preferred bait includes live shrimp, cut shrimp, or mullet instead of artificial lures.

Captain Michael is fully committed to making your day on the water both productive and enjoyable. He operates a 22-foot Skeeter boat powered by a Yamaha 200 HP 4-stroke engine, comfortably accommodating up to six passengers. The boat is well-equipped with features such as a poling platform, two bait wells, a Power-Pole anchor, trolling rod holders, casting seats, a spacious casting deck, and a range of advanced navigational and fish-finding electronics. Shimano spinning rods are the preferred gear for reeling in the catch.

Fishing licenses are provided to every passenger for convenience, and full insurance coverage is included. The best part? You keep every fish you catch, provided they meet local regulations. All your fish will be expertly filleted and wrapped up for you to take home. Please note that gratuities are not included.

You can cancel your booking free of charge if done at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 7 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
