You can cancel your booking at no cost if done more than 14 days prior to your adventure, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Canceling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a charge for the entire trip amount on your card.
