You can cancel your reservation at no cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled trip and get the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel within 48 hours of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip price being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing along sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any additional items you may need for the trip.
