You can cancel without any fees if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days before the trip, the deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in a charge for the full remaining balance to your card.
