Originally from Pensacola, FL, I’ve been passionate about captaining boats from a young age. There’s nothing quite like the thrill of targeting pelagic game fish offshore. Tracking down where the fish are each day keeps things exciting and always presents a new challenge. My true passion lies in sharing the incredible experience of offshore fishing with others.
Our journey began with tournament fishing, which had its ups and downs. As we enjoyed some success, more people became interested in joining us to see how we approach fishing. One memorable three-hour fishing trip left a great impression. Captain Levi’s extensive knowledge about local species and water navigation truly stood out. During the trip, we even witnessed another charter boat getting stuck on a shipwreck that Levi had just pointed out. Venturing into the Gulf, we managed to catch a few fish. When the bite slowed, Levi tried casting a lure and ended up hooking the largest fish of the day—which I was lucky enough to reel in. At the end of the trip, he cleaned the fish for my boys and offered cooking tips.
My boys, aged 4 and 14, had an amazing time with Captain Levi, who’s one of the most easygoing and coolest captains you could hope for. I also brought along my wife and our kids, who were beginners at fishing. Levi handled everything smoothly and confidently, demonstrating a deep understanding of where the fish are.
Henry, another knowledgeable guide, impressed us with his understanding of various species and the current regulations for coastal waterways. The crew was very friendly and attentive, taking great care of us despite challenging weather brought on by a Gulf storm. Although we didn’t catch as many fish as hoped and didn’t make it out into the Gulf, Levi worked hard to ensure we caught fish in the inlet. My boys enjoyed catching bonnet sharks, and I was thrilled to land a sizable stingray.
I highly recommend Levi for any inlet fishing trip. We’re already planning a Gulf fishing expedition for snapper and grouper next June 1st. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 14 days before your scheduled trip, and the credited amount will be returned to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full cost of the trip will be billed to your card.
Please remember to bring sunscreen lotion and sunglasses. Hats are also highly recommended! A confirmation email will be sent with all the items you need to bring. We will supply water and ice for your drinks.
Looking for a quick escape on the water without dedicating an entire day? We offer several shorter charter options to fit your schedule. Select from a 3-hour bay and nearshore trip, a 4-hour nearshore and offshore excursion, or an extended 6-hour nearshore and offshore journey. If you're new to fishing, our 3-hour bay shark fishing adventure is an exciting choice, typically held in the evening so you can enjoy the sunset and possibly catch a Blue Angel flyover. Last season, many guests enjoyed landing sharks on this popular trip!
Our longer 4- and 6-hour trips feature a combination of trolling and bottom fishing techniques. The captain customizes each outing to match your interests, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience—this isn’t a standard charter. Pricing varies based on the boat size, either 23 feet or 40 feet, and please note that fuel costs are not included and may apply.
