You can cancel your reservation without any charge if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. On the day of the trip, cancellations or failure to show up will result in a full charge to your payment method.
