You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded as credit to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, your deposit will be forfeited and kept by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your payment method.
