You can cancel your booking without any charges up to 7 days prior to your trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within the 7-day window before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
