We had an excellent charter with Captain Larry! Although it was a quiet season with limited species available, he still managed to put us on some fish. We had a blast and are already looking forward to booking again this summer!
Thanks to Samuel for organizing a fantastic fishing trip. Captain Larry and his first mate Blaine were incredible—they took the time to understand our expectations and made sure our nine-year-old dolphin enthusiast had a great time watching dolphins at various spots. The fishing was enjoyable even though we didn’t catch a huge number of fish. We never had to bait our own hooks or search for fish locations, which let us relax and have fun. Plus, catching a glimpse of the BLUE ANGELS air show practice during our three-hour outing was an awesome bonus! We highly recommend this service, especially for families.
Despite a bit of rough water and only a few fish caught, the day was beautiful and the trip overall was enjoyable. We even got to see some dolphins, adding to the experience.
You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account as credit. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip date, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip price being charged to your payment method.
Included are food and beverages, sunscreens, and rain gear. Also provided are a fishing license, rods, reels, tackle, cut baits, and live shrimp when available.
Join Captain Larry for an unforgettable inshore fishing adventure in Pensacola Beach, Florida, ideal for families or fishing friends! Using a mix of cut bait, live bait, and shrimp, Captain Larry targets various inshore species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Pompano, depending on the season. He adapts his fishing methods daily, adjusting for tides, weather, and conditions, always choosing the most effective technique rather than sticking to one fixed style.
Your fishing trip takes place aboard Captain Larry's 27-foot Tidewater boat, powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine and designed to comfortably hold up to 6 anglers. All necessary licenses, rods, reels, and tackle are provided by Captain Larry. When available, live bait will be used to increase your chances of a great catch. At the end of the trip, Captain Larry will clean, fillet, and bag your fish for you. Just remember to bring snacks, drinks, a hat, and sunscreen to stay comfortable throughout the day.
