You can cancel at no charge if you do so at least 14 days before your scheduled trip, and a credit will be issued to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
