My saltwater fishing journey began in Cocodrie, LA, and the nearby waters, where I spent much of my childhood. In 1991, at age 11, I started spending summers in Destin, FL. After finishing high school in 1998, I made Destin my permanent home. The following year, I earned my 100-ton Master Captain’s license while working aboard the Sea Blaster in Destin.
By 2001, I had purchased a 40-passenger vessel to offer snorkeling and dolphin-watching excursions along the beautiful Emerald Coast. After a challenging hurricane season in 2005, I chose to donate that boat to the Destin Fishing and History Museum, where the wheelhouse is now displayed at the entrance.
Fast forward to 2008, I launched our company starting with a single bay boat. We've since expanded our fleet to four boats, covering inshore, offshore, and bay fishing experiences for our guests. Our 52-foot Hatteras Sportfisher holds federal permits, allowing us to fish in offshore federal waters where fishing pressure is often lighter. For speedy access to prime fishing spots, the 31-foot Cape Horn is equipped with powerful twin 350hp engines.
Our adventure began with a 30-foot Parker center console powered by twin 200s. We pride ourselves on great camaraderie, excellent catches, and warm hospitality. Many happy guests have shared their excitement, from impressive hauls to memorable day trips with Capt. Christian and the dedicated crew, Shag and Tres. We always strive to meet our guests’ needs and create unforgettable experiences.

You can cancel without any fees if done at least 21 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 21 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a charge of the full trip cost to your payment method.

Departure times change with the seasons: in the Fall and Spring, trips embark at 7:00 AM, while from May 22nd onward, departures shift to an earlier 6:00 AM to make the most of the summer fishing action.
