You can cancel your booking without any charge if done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled trip, and you will get a credit added to your account. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will incur a full charge to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest you also bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suited for the weather, and any other personal items you may need during the trip.
