Booking a trip with him means your guide can accommodate different starting points to suit your plans. We enjoyed an incredible cast and blast day with Chase. He uses mobile duck blinds, allowing you to set up precisely where the birds are, rather than waiting for them to approach a fixed blind. We explored the area, located the ducks, and positioned our blind perfectly for an evening hunt.
Afterward, we waded through the flats and caught hundreds of redfish, with plenty of keepers in the mix. Returning to the blind, we noticed thousands of ducks on the water across from us, although they didn’t come our way. Overall, it was a perfect 10/10 day filled with plenty of wildlife and outstanding fishing. Thank you, Chase — we’ll be back!
Chase and Marshall did a fantastic job. They handled two boats: one carrying three 13-year-olds and an 11-year-old, and the other with the dads. Everyone had an unforgettable experience, and we landed two impressive 40-inch bulls!
Our outing with Chase was great despite challenging conditions. It was the last weekend of the season, the tides were receding, and the weather was warming up. Chase worked diligently to vary our hunting locations and help us find birds. He even stayed out later than planned to give us additional chances at a successful hunt. I highly recommend his services for anyone wanting to pursue puddle ducks along the coast.
You can cancel your booking without any charge up to 14 days prior to your scheduled trip and get a credit added to your account. If you cancel within the 14-day window before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your credit card.
Gear is provided for your convenience. We also suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any other personal items you may need during the trip.
This is a half-day fishing excursion from the boat, using live bait, dead bait, or artificial lures based on the current conditions. All bait and tackle will be supplied, so all you need to bring is a cooler filled with your favorite drinks and snacks, and an eagerness to enjoy your time on the water. During the summer, trips are mainly scheduled for the afternoon but may occasionally be arranged for the morning. Outside of summer, trips will be conducted in the morning.
