You can cancel without any charges if done more than 14 days before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip will result in losing your deposit, which will be paid to the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
