You can cancel your booking free of charge if done at least 14 days prior to your trip, with the payment credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your card.
