You can cancel your booking at no cost if you do so at least 14 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip price being charged to your payment method.
