You can cancel your booking free of charge if you do so at least 3 days before your trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you do not show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
