You can cancel your reservation at no cost if you do so at least 4 days prior to your scheduled trip, and a credit will be applied to your account. Cancelling within 4 days of the trip will result in losing your deposit, which will be retained by the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip amount will be charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear is provided; however, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you'd like to use during the trip.
