You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 10 days before your scheduled trip and get a credit applied to your account. If you cancel less than 10 days prior, your deposit will be given to the guide and is non-refundable. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest you bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and clothing suitable for the weather. If you wish to use any personal equipment during the trip, please obtain approval from the captain beforehand. Please note, this trip is designed exclusively for heavy tackle fishing!
Our Super Grouper Trip is designed for dedicated anglers seeking a true test of strength. This intensive 9-hour journey takes you from Fort Lauderdale down to Miami, exploring a variety of productive bottom fishing spots. Anglers will fish at depths ranging from 90 to 300 feet, sometimes even deeper, targeting massive deep-water grouper.
This is the only excursion we offer that includes live bait in the cost, combined with powerful Shimano Tiagra 50s and 80 wides on sturdy rods—perfectly equipped to handle these formidable fish and other strong bottom-dwelling species. If you're up for a challenge, expect plenty of rod bending, arm fatigue, and big payoffs.
