We had an incredible trip with plenty of sizeable catches, including an unexpected 7-foot shark! The captain and his team were courteous and provided excellent, professional service throughout. Join Captain Michael for an exhilarating fishing adventure along the jetties of Galveston Bay! During the warm summer months, the jetties become a hotspot for sharks and bull drum, with species such as spinner sharks and bull sharks frequently spotted. These impressive sharks can grow to over 6 feet long, offering an exciting challenge for anglers.
You have the option to select either a 4-hour half-day trip or a full 6-hour day on the water, depending on how much fishing you want to enjoy. Each trip accommodates up to 6 guests, and Captain Michael supplies all fishing bait and tackle. Anglers aged 16 and older are required to bring a valid Texas saltwater fishing license, along with sunscreen, and some food and drinks for the outing.
Be prepared for an active day of fishing, as it’s common to land numerous large fish during excursions with Captain Michael. A little stretching before you depart might come in handy!
