You can cancel your reservation without any charge up to 14 days prior to your scheduled trip and have the amount credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge to your payment method.
