You can cancel your booking free of charge up to three days prior to your scheduled trip and receive a credit on your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you do not show up will result in a full charge being applied to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any additional personal items you may want for the trip.
