Each excursion is supported by a First Mate who assists throughout the journey. It’s customary to offer a 20% gratuity as a token of your appreciation for the crew’s dedication and effort.

Cancelations
You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 14 days ahead of your scheduled trip, and you will get a refund credited to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Canceling on the day of the trip or not showing up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
