You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 7 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your card.
