You can cancel without any charge if it’s done at least 14 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Canceling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a charge of the full trip cost to your payment method.
