You can cancel your booking without any charge if you do so at least 60 days prior to the trip and get the amount credited to your account. If you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
A port fee of $100 pesos applies, and tips are not included. Typically, gratuities range from 10% to 20%.
