You can cancel without any charges up to 14 days prior to your adventure and get a credit applied to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip amount being billed to your card.
All essentials are provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable attire for the weather, and any additional items you may need during the trip.
