You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 60 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 60 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your payment method.
A port fee of $5 USD or 80 pesos applies. Please note that tips are not included, and they typically range from 10% to 20%.
