You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 60 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within the 60-day window leading up to the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelations made on the day of the trip, as well as no-shows, will result in charging the full trip amount to your payment method.
A port fee of $6 USD or $100 pesos applies. Please note that tips are not included and are typically between 10% and 20%.
