You can cancel your booking at no cost if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and your account will be credited accordingly. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip date, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a charge of the full trip amount to your payment method.
