You can cancel without any charges up to three days prior to your scheduled trip and get a refund credited to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be given to the guide as a cancellation fee. Canceling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your credit card.
All equipment is provided, but we suggest you also bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal gear you'd like to use during the trip.
