You can cancel your booking without any fees if you do so at least 30 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account as credit. If you cancel within 30 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen (please avoid spray-on types), suitable clothing for the weather, and any additional items you might need for the trip.
