You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least three days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip price being charged to your payment method.
