You can cancel your booking at no charge if you do so at least three days before your scheduled trip and the amount paid will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in a full charge of the trip cost to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest you bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any other personal items you may want during the trip.
