Discover a deluxe 7-day fishing expedition on Alaska’s premier trophy rainbow river for under $7,000 per person! Witness the extraordinary smolt migrations in June, abundant salmon runs in July, the agile silvers in August, and the spectacular trophy rainbow trout fishing in September.

Trips to Alaska no longer have to be “once in a lifetime.” As Jim emphasizes, a single visit won’t satisfy true fishing enthusiasts. For those passionate about landing big fish, one trip is simply not enough. That’s why Naknek River Camp has dedicated efforts to offer an affordable Alaskan fishing experience.

If you’re curious how Jim can offer this incredible adventure at roughly half the price of typical Alaska fishing and lodging trips, rest assured there’s no hidden catch. The key lies in running a family-operated camp. Jim’s wife leads housekeeping, manages the kitchen, and is a licensed full-time guide. His eldest son, a passionate angler and four-time Michigan State Casting Champion, is Jim’s dependable assistant at the camp. His daughter, also a Michigan State Casting Champion, serves as the official camp photographer and prepares delicious desserts. The youngest son is launching his career as a fishing guide with a speciality in netting large salmon.
