You can cancel your booking free of charge if you do so at least 14 days before your scheduled trip and receive a credit back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or no-shows will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
