Over the last five years, their dream has become a reality as they proudly own and run a brand-new charter boat. With a combined experience of more than 35 years navigating the local waters, they have fished extensively throughout the East End, both inshore and offshore. You can cancel without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and you will be refunded with a credit on your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in your card being billed for the full trip amount.

Morning trips typically depart at 6 am and return by 11 am, while afternoon trips leave at noon and return at 5 pm. These trips involve trolling, jigging, and bottom fishing for species such as Striped Bass, Bluefish, Fluke, Black Sea Bass, Porgies, Blackfish, Cod, and Ling, offering up to five hours of action-packed fishing.
Full-day charters depart at 6 am and return around 3 pm, providing up to nine hours on the water. During these trips, anglers can target multiple species through a combination of trolling, drifting, jigging, and anchoring, allowing for a more tailored fishing experience. These outings are perfect for anglers who want to spend an entire day fishing, generally aiming to catch larger fish and a greater variety compared to half-day trips.
Your journey begins aboard Captain Jim’s impressive 32-foot Topaz Sportfish, powered by twin Caterpillar engines delivering 640 HP. Known for its comfortable ride, the Topaz Express is outfitted with premier safety gear, including an ACR Class 1 EPIRB, first aid kit, throw ring, lifejackets, and a Switlik SOLAS-approved life raft.
