You can cancel without any fee if you do so at least 3 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account as credit. If you cancel within 3 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided for you. However, we suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you prefer to use during the trip.
