We offer a range of multi-day fishing adventures aboard the Southern Cross, our custom-built 54-foot aluminum Breaux Bay Craft sport fisherman.
The Southern Cross is an ideal vessel for small groups seeking top-tier guided and wade fishing experiences around Chandeleur Island, Biloxi Marsh, and Cat Island. Target species include speckled trout, redfish, triple tail, and tarpon.
Serving as a “mothership,” the Southern Cross allows the guide boat to cover extensive areas, maximizing fishing time while minimizing travel between spots.
This vessel comfortably accommodates private groups of up to six, featuring open-style bunks, two heads, and a full shower. Guests can relax in the salon, which includes satellite television and a fully equipped galley.
Your trip begins just before dawn from the harbor aboard the Southern Cross. We tow up to two guided center console bay boats, fishing throughout the first day. On the final day, you’ll fish in the morning and return around noon.
The Southern Cross is unique in offering guided fishing trips around the Chandeleur Islands. Our captain and guides bring decades of expertise, ensuring a personalized and exceptional fishing experience tailored to your group’s preferences.
All tackle, bait, and fish cleaning services are provided. If desired, you may stay overnight aboard the Southern Cross before your trip commences.
