You can cancel your booking without any charges up to 14 days prior to your trip and get a refund credited to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. On the day of the trip, cancellations or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
